Basically to sum it up Park Taesung(the blond dude) knowingly put Soo-Young (the protagonist) in danger so that he could keep him away from other people,then we learn that he didn’t just chose soo-young when he saw him but he actually recognized him as the kid at the funeral of dude he killed (soo-young’s uncle) so he killed the other mafia boos for saying something about it since he knew that it wasn’t just coincidence that he chose this kid to be his partner (hope that makes since)
