Although it was kinda creepy, and wrong, that Lee kissed Minhye while she was vulnerable, I kinda ship her with Minhye... she did raise some valid points about Minhye's relationship with Yoonseo, she was the ONLY one that raised the question about what Minhye really wanted, and she didn't do anything (yet) that I'd consider too much, considering every character in this story is kinda messed up, in some way.

Did we have a timeskip or its a flashback? Aya had short hair up to ch. 20-something, and she was happy with Risa. Now she has long hair and they break up? Eh?
Short hair was a flashback about their college days when they were actually a couple.
The beginning of the chapter was a flashback about their break up. Aya's being in her period is when we're in the present again.
Aya had long hair since the first chapter, you might be confusing her with Moe who has short hair. Aya and Risa also aren't together. They used to be in the past but they're not currently

Ah, I see it now. So the "marriage" chapter was a flashback, after all. I thought that was in the present, since they were pretty flirty, up to that point, and on that chapter It looked like she accepted a different planned future with Risa. Also, I thought the haircut was to mark the start of her new self (with Risa). Thanks for clarifying, guys.
Also, sorry for the confusing "up to ch 20" part. English is not my native language, so I tend to make mistakes like that when phrasing.
My take on Nishinoya's appearance being held back, is because he's probably going to be the next "boss" to either of the winning team (at least I hope so, it will be very disappointing seeing one of the best players in the series not having a major role on these monsters matches).
TL;DR: I freaking miss him TuT
