Well, I suppose if you want to look at things from a practical/geographical POV, you'd want to learn the languages that cover most of the planet's surface, so (other than English) I guess that would be, Chinese (mostly because china is huge), Spanish/ (most of central and South America as well as Spain, and Arabic (all of the middle east and Gulf area). Portugese and French are also spoken in more than one or two countries.

I already speak French so I think English can count for me (because it's not my mother tongue) , then:
-more English
-Japanese (I have just the basis but be able to understand the raws could be amazing)
- And Italian because for me it's one of the sexiest language( and because Spanish is boring).

i already speak Norwegian and Kurdish so if i had to choose three other than these it would be Japanese, Italian and Dutch.

i have a lot of online friends who speak tagalog and i always feel left out whenever they converse and it sounds fun to learn. but so far the only things they're willing to teach me is swear words ╮(￣▽￣)╭
