this whole manga is depressing, it's equally as depressing as the novel where the MC is always hated and her fiance always seeing her sister instead then keeps dying over and over again to the exact same timeline where she sees her fiance that she loves be with her sister. When will my dear Iana actually find happiness... I wish she reunites with Isaac in the next life...

Actually, this is one the best instances of a common writing advice: "show, don't tell". We read the story and experience it from her perspective, and she is an unreliable narrator, in a lot of things, but this is one of the less obvious ones. He does not look like that for the other people, those her eyes
Based on the raws, the knight IS a blonde but I think when MC finally removed the red curse, the knight's haired turned black and also I think his skin color also darkened or maybe it's designed to make it look like that despite the red curse being broken, there mightve been a side-effect cause there were also slight transparent cracked lines on his skin.
