I started reading this because I saw someone on twitter say that this had a very good chasing arc and I'm mad af like why they lied that omg I dropping this at ch.62 cause what the hell why is the uke such a pushover and forgave the seme so fast. This ain't no damn "chasing" I needed the seme to suffer a little more like he didn't even suffer AT ALL. I'm so mad

Not to defend them or anything (bc I agree with you) but back in the day when this came out there were very few BL manhwa that had this type of plot/trope at all... hence why it became such a successful one. I felt the same way as whoever recommended this until I reread it last year ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
And it's probably that you've read better works by now (since it's become a popular trope) so, of course, this wouldn't really impress you. Nostalgia plays a huge role as to why many (including me) still really like this one ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

I am bad at waiting and cliff hangers are a no-no for me so I always wait for a manhwa to finish before I start reading it but this was actually the first ever manhwa where I religiously read every chapter the day it was released. Y'all going to hate but it was taeju who had me hooked from the beginning. He was toxic af but I loved how hot he was lol. Also can't believe it's been 3 whole years since I started with this. Time flies by so fast. Seems like it was yesterday I got hooked on this and desperately waited for every update. Kinda wish the author actually gives us more and more side stories just like the author if love is an illusion.
this was actually cute if I overlook the SA part but it's got so annoying towards the end when the uke acted like a pushover and confessed first. No spine at all.
Lol, I had the same thoughts all over. I wanted to see the seme beg and suffer some more to be with him. Too bad, though
