The personality of the characters, especially circus is exciting
I had a break up a few years ago and it was nothing like this but I felt the same way as our main character, he was like the half of my world and once we separated it was like I was nothing anymore. Every time I see an interaction between these two my heart just clenches up and I feel overwhelmed with just sadness. He’s such a strong character and the fact that he can work and is still being a productive member of society is astounding to me and I love the story so much. I hope he and his partner can fall in love and grow as people together. Also his ex’s new bf is trash and I hate him so very very much.
