This is a new season at this point lol I was expecting baby things, like walking, babbles, poopy diapers, and more cute couple things. We getting lore, more daddy issues, and anxiety ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ it's fun though

I gotta get this off my chest first
"Raise your hand if you had your anal cherry pop by Cheungwoo" had me crying lmao
Bro was over here having a harem of underlings lol

╥﹏╥ okay now for the serious stuff...that poor kid having to die really shows how loyal Cheungwoo was to ShinHai. It's a shame because I have a feeling Brandon is going to try and push Jin to hurt/kill Matthew to bring back the old Jin. It's a scary thought but Jin is so lost right now with his trust I can see him questioning if Matthew is worth all of this or will he run back to his safety net of drugs and Brandon...pretty worried about my boys' futures ┗( T﹏T )┛

I'm curious about some of y'all opinions about the story's direction. I honestly don't see how anybody assumed this manhwa was going to be sweet and lighthearted. Jin is a victim child abuse, he has a on/off again addiction to drugs and sex, he's a gang leader that formally slept with his old boss who got him into drugs. Then Matthew is abuse orphan with attachment issues who was hired by the man he dreams of to be his sex buddy...
Like what about their lifestyles sounds like a recipe for healthy companionship? Lol
Matthew was literally sedating Jin so much that he was s--xing him til he passed out for 3 damn days...
I am all for a happy ending for both of them. They deserve it, especially Jin but this story was never not going to have hardships and "break ups". Remember Jin and Matthew aren't even formally dating yet. No one said confessed, no one even realize how much they depend on one another.
I think everyone needs to breathe and give it time to flourish.

Exactly This is no fluff story. The first season was very clear about how dark it was, with Jin being a gangster coping with drug abuse through sex. Matthew is obsessed with Jin due to the traumatic past they both share from the orphanage. Neither of them leads a normal life. Jin has a criminal record and spent five years in prison because of people he trusted and considered family, while Matt, with no family of his own, saw Jin as a light of hope. Jin, in turn, finally has someone to depend on. People enjoy such angst because it makes the happy ending more rewarding after all the suffering, which is why Jinx is so popular and fluff can get repetitive and boring if not done right. It's like an angsty beginning with a fluffy ending is best for readers, but for this story, I'm not sure yet. However, I'm so gripped by the story that I will endure the angst, as it makes me curious about what will happen next and how things will unfold and resolve.

Exactly what I was thinking, that's why I let the author's do their thing while reading and don't judge too much, and yes sometimes it hurts to see our characters in pain but if it's told right this could be a very rewarding ending.

seriously?! After the man literally gave you your last chance to make it up to him?? (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ I understand the incentive that Taeju feels like he is to blame but the miscarriage is a natural cause and effect from Euihyun being so stressed lately. I can't believe he's going to "break up" with him.
See this is why I can't be forgiving these manhwa men, they're always so finicky and flakey with their words. Just be there for Euihyun, that's all he's needs right now, not you bailing when the going gets hard. Oooooo I'm so pissed...we waiting so long for them to finally be adults and have a mature conversation and Taeju just boots it out the window within the same damn chapter...
I need coffee now dammit ╥﹏╥

(⊙…⊙ ) ay yo? I can't even rate this man... that's some f-ed up stuff. This is a person that read Killing stalking. I mean I guess congrats to the author that made it--I truly had my toes curl in disgust. I have no words to describe how uncomfortable this story was ╥﹏╥

Give this young man a break! Damn is Euihyun and doc Dan best friends because the amount of BS that just continues to happen to them is insane. His father giving him debt, forcing him to pay it off, Euihyun possibly pregnant by his lover/ex abuser, and about to SA by the very guy to fought off. This has to be a new record of victimization (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

Whatever floats everyone's boats for this pair but honestly they didn't do it for me. I stuck around cause I genuinely liked the plot and felt horribly bad for Shinhae (who got beyond the short end of the stick) and wanted his happy ending. I don't know, nothing bothered me terribly about them and I was able to follow along. I did like the hot and cold dynamic of Soo Hyun and Eunsung at times, but someone like Soo Hyun isn't exactly my cup of tea. It didn't read over well enough for me that his inferiority crossed with like or love. He just felt like a hater for half the time (especially in the first 60+ chapters). I kept hearing Kendrick Lamar and it made me giggle. Like jeez dude...get therapy and make friends. It wasn't that serious.

Bro really switch careers to fuck up Eunsung's life more. Also it's super icy to me that I found similarities in Park and Soo Hyun's obsession with Eunsung. It left a weird taste in my mouth, cause I don't won't my main protagonist to be similar to my antagonist...
I would give this a solid 6/10: not my favorite but I enjoyed the idea of a complex character/couple. Just didn't feel the connection well enough.

do they, at the least, properly confess to each other (verbally saying I like/love you), im invested in it but if Soo Hyun doesn't recognize how obsessive he is until season 3 i might have to do some skipping lmao

he does realize it, but it was so vague, and basically we gotta infer it rather than get an actual scene for it.

this part itself was either skipped or was left alone on purpose. the way soohyun realizes it is with cryptic/figurative words, but at least he smiled?

idk man maybe the author found it weird for soohyun to be blatant about his feelings so maybe the author kinda glossed over the confession part.
