For those asking if ML is like Lloyd, I’d say not really?? The only similarities are some awkward facial expressions and the way he can make many characters work (with some vacations). Beyond that, the comparison doesn’t go far... This story is enjoyable, but Lloyd manhwa is still superior when it comes to plot depth and character bonds. This one kinda focus more on the tasks ml should do in order to save his country from ruins. His interactions with his family at the veeery begging were beautiful tho..

As if empires dont usually swallow smaller countries without a fucking king. Not only that but he can clearly SEE the two fractions are both traaash. The crown prince agreed to the one year thingy because he thinks he could make fl crawl back to him by that time (delusional and in denial) Meanwhile, his parents both want fl or her younger sister to be the crown princess to ENSURE their family sides with the king. This manhwa is just so great because it was written very humbly. Just the right amount of comedy action and emotions. Which is why it came out naturally and was able to touch many hearts. The romance and how it was so subtly and beautifully blended into the story was brilliant too, every scene of the queen and Lloyd made my heart flutter, the writer was so smart for not falling into the cringey harem trope. His bromance with Javier was just as good, they didn't make it melodramatic, only when necessary. And in the end, we even came full cycle with kim suho and Lloyd being the same soul all along. Perfect. 10/10.
