Imo, i think it was Sairi not Hotsuma. During the short introduction (Chapter 38-39) of Ria and Sairi, other Zweilt was like "Waiii, they finally back" and Yuki was like "Were they Zweilt too ?" and Luka looks worried. When Ria and Sairi come, only Ria appeared and they all welcome her and she sort of went around with Sodom and Yuki decides to search for them, at that time at the garden he met Sairi and instantly called out his past name "Asagi". After that Sairi sort of said "A healing method is the best when you do it mouth to mouth, wanna try ?" Yuki seemingly infected with his eyes punch him in the face and apologized, at that moment Luka come running and instantly putting Yuki behind him with an alarm expression and Sairi said "Don't worry, i only like girls" after that Ria and Touko come and confront Luka for not telling Yuki about their relationship to him and Luka said "When i fall in love, its only one time" and the girls made a conversation about "Why do you want something that you can't have ?" and Sairi face appeared on the next page.
I think that whole thing hinted something, it may not be lovers or anything significant, but i believed Sairi and Yuki had something quite special thats why Luka grew iritated when Sairi is around Yuki.
Oh yeah! I remember that chapter. I assumed at that moment that Sairi had some kind of crush on Yuki in their past life but it was just one sided on his part. I'm really hoping that Yuki somehow gains some fragments of his past memories to clear things up a bit.
I guess Hotsuma might have that similar feeling but somehow different with Sairi. Because Luka didn't really say anything or were alarmed by his presence. I mean when Yuki asked "Did anything happened between me and Sairi ?" Luka replied "If he wanted to say anything to you, he had to tell me first" a.ka over my dead body. And the whole "Did you changed your gender because of me too ?" i mean, he stated that he is flirty and interested with woman only. So, i suspected in the past they had relationship but it was just one sided or it was arranged by other people, Sairi fell in love while Yuki didn't and she fell in love with Luka so when she died she didn't want to complicated stuff and decide to be reborn as a man so Sairi didn't have to go through a heartbreak because she promises Luka that she'll always wait for him. I mean, it's soooooo complicated. Yeah, i always wish he could have his past memories back even if its not fully restored so at least i didn't have to wrince in pain whenever Luka become all sweet to him because i just want to scream "GOSH GET A ROOM YOU TWO !"

This might be late, but...you know, this harem thingy has several benefits for the ruler like prestige (and pleasure of course) - but it's also to ensure that he'll leave off-spring, no? Off-spring means next generation and there's just no way that they can keep at this part-time-consort-play for years and years to come.
If it's too leave offsprings then I understand but wouldn't one person be enough instead of having multiples? Seems like a hassle to have hundreds of potential heirs to the throne. The part-time thingy will definitely not last long T^T but here's to hoping that they somehow end up together~
