Original artist was injured and too sick to continue. She was the artist from the start, but hurt herself and forced herself to continue made it worse and now she is too sick to continue. Or too tired. Like burnout. At least that’s what I was told was the reason. It wasn’t reported in English so I’m trusting in someone’s translation.

Sry guys but i need help
Im looking for a shouju manga. Its about 2 childhood friends who grew up together (Its set in a kingdom) and at first they don't agree with eachother but when they grow up, they fall in love.
I think the guy's name was Ein (or something like that)
Later FML got sick and had to go to diff. country to get treated. Its got a happy ending.
I appreciate any help!
