Yeah I completely agree with you! I too believed he would appear later, but his first (and only?) appearance happen in ch.117 and now the latest chapter is already ch.175 and he hasn't reappeared yet... So it looks like Old Xian has forgotten him.
But of course this story is still ongoing and anything can happen, so hopefully we'll get to know who he is! (⌒▽⌒)

I really prefer the Kimi to Parade (prequel) to this manga! It was sweet but this is full of drama and doesn't have a good ending... I wish there wasn't this sequel, the story would have been better and it would have had happy ending.

His gender identity has nothing do with his sexual orientation, so he can also like girls although he identifies himself as female.
