It's been awhile since I read the chapter but from what I remember, I thought he was raped and that Touya came to save him after Kou's power had created that null space.

Koichi's power went out of control the moment he was raped. Touya was a little too late to save him.

He was penetrated, so raped.

Vol 9 and 10 seem to be a repeat of vol 7 and 8. And description says vol 11 is filler arc.

Umm it's old days where their was ranks and a lot of things happen between the butler and the the owner it may at first be boring but then it gets exciting so I highly but highly recommended it

It's like a grunt in agreement.

"En" is the pinyin for the Chinese character that signifies that sound similar to how English speakers say "mhmm" in an agreeing sort of way. Usually the word would be translated into something like "yup" in English, but the translator probably wanted to maintain the "Chinese" atmosphere and kept "en." Chinese 101!
