honestly, i completely hated this at first before the side stories. i remember being really close to dropping it but eventually getting myself to finish the main story, i even wrote “painful read” in my notes. but oh my goodness, im really glad i read the side stories. he improved so much that its kind of unexpected and he actually became more likable.
