Basically the whole story is just that the mc gets a flesh light that magically is connected to his little brothers ass and yeah that’s the plot but I can’t remember the name
I only read some of the First chapter and i remember the mc sitting in a train as a kid staring and i Think looking at whats gonna be the Ml in the future and kinda Holding up his hands framing him with his fingers (like hes making a picture).
I Think MC May be in an accident when he’s a kid, or something similar was mention in the summary and it was a black and white manga (Japanese). And perhaps MC was a photographer.
Oh and mc has black hair I think and the cover was orange or reddish
