It seems to have come from a place of anger and poor mental state after what Hyesung told him during the fight. But just saying that dreams shouldn't be interpreted as a revelation of someone's true nature or inner desires.
I think that as long as he doesn't do it for real, it's okay.
I'm so happy to know that, thank you so much!! This way it certainly adds more depth to his character and shows the complexity of internal conflicts. If it was real, it would go against the way his character has been portrayed so far.

Jihyuk (his abusive boyfriend) was about to tell Seungchan some truth about Hyesung. Hyesung got scared but knew he couldn't stop Jihyuk from saying it.
So the only way of not letting Seungchan know about it was to back him off from the fight. He then told Seungchan he's been only playing with him and wanted to stop whatever they had.

Totally! It was only Jihwa's perception, that's crazy... He probably wasn't completely sober, so he saw things and now he's going to become even more desperate and hostile towards NK. Like, to the point of having him killed for example lol
And the way they are shown make Seungho especially meek/whipped, with a Na-kyum towering above and that victorious smile, and a Seungho that seems to have placed his forehead by Na-kyum's chest. Although they are more intimate this time around, they're not at that stage (yet? :) ).
To me, Jihwa picturing them like this is part his jealousy-fulled imagination, part his ''friend'' building him up, easily manipulating him at his lowest with a very dangerous ''advice''.
