No, just a lot of manga have been stalled or are taking longer to finish making the chapters due to the pandemic. A lot of people are not in the offices at shounen jump. Also a lot of mangaka don't have their assistants to help them right now because most of it is done physically with paper and pen they cant have a bunch of people crowded into a small office like they usually do.
I read the first couple chapters because I was wondering if I really was reading what I was reading and I dropped it next thing I know it has over 100 chapters now I only come back to see people react to it and comment
