I was thinking who the next 13 crowns will be if Iruma becomes Demon King since without Iruma, there will be 12 people left in the class, but then I remembered KALLEGO! So it makes perfect sense! Misfits class + Kallego becomes the next 13 crowns with Iruma as King (assuming the 3 great demons are part of the 13? Is that how it works or are they separate? cuz if so, that blows a hole in that theory HAHAHA)

Not a spoiler since idk but based on my gut feeling, I think the friend is another agent / bad guy pretending to be the kid who Hajun met when he was young. The accident probably affected Candy's memory so the friend is impersonating him to get closer to Hajun who is the "target"
