I totally agree with that, in real life i never want to put labels on people’s identities, on sexuality, gender. And that is a really good point to make. But in this situation it’s really not them asking if he labels himself and him responding that no he’s free... but more of A ‘please please tell me it’s just a phase and that you are straight and gonna marry a cute girl after this’ quinda question which irks me quite a bit. Especially since it’s something we see quite often in BL. （￣へ￣）i would have loved to have him respond that he liked who he liked and that gender and sexuality don’t matter in the grand scheme of love.
