I am looking for a webtoon that has stunning art with rather bright colours. It basically starts with a boy going away to college or uni. Also the poor and the rich seemed pretty divided. The dude moves in in his new place and his roommate is a girl who somehow plans some shit with her brother. I think there were from a poor backfround and wanted to start something. I am not too sure but I think this was also about hacking. Like a revolution. There were also neon graffiti.
3 or 4 years ago this also just had a few chapters.
