For those who are thinking Yuji and Choso are brothers. Yuji (I believe) has the ability to implant memories into people. Such as Todo and now Choso. This is either because Yuji has defeated them or suddenly has a strong bond. Todo and Yuji got along amazingly well. So I am not surprised Todo had those memories implanted. But this is just my idea.
