I wonder if they added new scenes to anime? Like, I started reading a manga after watching two first episodes of anime and I feel like I'm reading something completely different, unrelated to anime
the original source for Mars Red was a stageplay, so they're adapting the manga from the stage play. however it seems that they might have switched/changed a few things in the manga to make it feel more chronological, I'm assuming you've seen the anime but I noticed that the first episode hasn't even shown up yet in the manga
