yep, if they aren't guests with nicknames then you'll be able to click their username. Then on their profile, under their name. There are options. The fourth one is the one you want.

There's another option though. If you noticed, on the right screen of the homepage of the manga you are reading, there's "These lists have this manga" and the "Top tags" just below it.
The nice thing is you can follow specific lists and you don't have to follow the person if you don't want even though most of us do out of courtesy. Kathy, Saucracry, Naughty, Moorch.., ect all have good lists and most of us try to have lists the others don't have so there is variety.

How can I look for lists? Do i need to click on everyone's nickname and then go to their home page? ╥﹏╥
yep. just click the persons name and then under their name, on the fourth button there's "list". press that and u'll find it
