I'm trying to find the name of a (〜￣△￣)〜yaoi manga where the uke is in a coma in the coma he dreams about a life with the seme which ends with the seme being a figmet of his imagination of course after the seme tries to get the uke to kill him with a gun in the woods when it is snowing.
The uke then wakes up to the real life seme who has a kid and he refuses to love the real life seme since he isn't the seme in his dream.
the uke escapes the hospital and walks to the beach where he imagines the dream seme and then he walks into the ocean waters
