Nah My theory is that 20 years ago it's valid for the Momma to be a little naive around the age that she was at the time and she was one of the victims of the blond noble dude. 20 years ago Momma red was one of the the unlucky ladies who was deceived and so was the girl who offed herself. The blonde fuck from 2 decades ago probably told sweet lies to one girl and seduced Momma Red and the girl who khs prolly did it because the guy took off leaving her behind (or she found out the Momma Red was pregors) and that's what started the rumors "to be fearful of handsome nobles" something started by Momma Red to save others from her mistake and her dead husband was probably some innocent guy who she ran into after the noble guy left and he stayed to help her and gained her trust after she'd been through the thick of it and also took care of her kid (eventually coming to love the kid as his own and loved her all the same) and eventually died in the war.


THAT OR CHEATING WAS INVOLVED BUT I DOUBT THAT WAS THE CHASE!!! (òロó) But this is the scenario I thought of.
