I don't know if everyone already knew or had a thought about this (or that I'm just really slow...) Only recently did a comment open up my eyes (● ̄(エ) ̄●) Thinking about it, it totally made sense. (For those that absolutely don't want to consider my statement to be a possibility, at least PLEASE don't disregard this.)
Momoka was in love with Kanoko. There is some evidence that can back my statement. Back in her middle school, she got confessed by some dude and he got rejected and asked if she liked Tsubaki after all. However, she denied it and said she liked someone even more or something like that. But we never really got to know who this person is. It is never revealed. Though, it could be a possibility that it was Natsukusa that she meant, but really, it was never stated. What's more, Tsubaki also said that if Momoka was a guy, she would already won (Kanoko's heart). In this couple of pages: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/koi_dano_ai_dano/mr/4967224475da5e27/Vol10_Ch36/pg-37/ ... I think her feelings have been clearly revealed.
Another person I would like to add is Mizukami, the one who was a vice president. He might have feelings towards Yabuki as well. Well, there were some hints here and there, but I can't remember the pages (read it again, if you must!).
Anyway, it was really interesting! Though, I wish they would at least have let Momoka into this love drama. It would also be interesting to see Mizukami involved ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
I loved it! Everything about it. Though I had to read it twice to completely understand the story ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ I'm glad I did. Still waiting for the third chapter to come out.
Okay, for those poor souls that are confused about this story.... (SPOILER ALERT)
I will try to make this as simple as possible (it may not be correct since I haven't exactly read the real comics but this was what I concluded with. And hey, at least I tried... I'm sorry) (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
You need to remember this: there exist parallel worlds. What this mean is that there basically exist another you on the other worlds. In this story, we are already familiar with our two heroes, Superman and Batman. Now, in another parallel world, there exist two people who look exactly like them, Ultraman who looks like Superman and Owlman who looks like Batman. Ultraman and Owlman are really the bad guys, the villains.
1 Tommy
The first chapter starts off with Owlman having a vision of when he was a boy. This was caused by the 'Drug Sequence' which we assume he usually takes. He explained how he had to increase his dosage which caused his "nightmarish periodic hallucination" to be getting worse. Though he simply brushes this off with the sentence: "[...] it doesn't matter.". Later on, the evil Superwoman informed of an intruder, Batman which piqued his interest.
2 Bruce
In this chapter, we see Ultraman attacking Batman. The moment his mask came off, we see Ultraman reaction: from slightly shocked(?) expression to a wicked smile upon his realization that he looked exactly like Owlman. For a reason or another, Ultraman decided to rape Batman in Owlman's room and made him take the Drug Sequence.
3 Ultraman
In the beginning of this chapter, we learn a bit of Ultraman's past and how he came to have the strength and power he currently possesses. He created terror in his world. He met Owlman at some point. In his thought, he said: "And that fucking jackass, Thomas Wayne Jr. Doesn't matter how ferocious he is. He's only human.". In this sentence, we learned that he kind of bears a hatred towards Owlman. When Owlman appeared and kissed Batman, we learn of a new thought about his twisted fantasy of wanting to collect every Owlman and dominate over them. Owlman stated that Batman would die soon because of the high dose he got. It is made almost insignificant, but Owlman actually leans down to Batman to kind of heal him when Ultraman grabbed his neck. From then on, you know what happens here, threesome (yay). Finally, on the last page, we see him finally leans down and lick Batman. I'm pretty sure it's to heal him. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
4 Batman
Owlman helped Batman to recover. We learn of an important information here; Owlman is not Bruce in his world. He ended up telling about his past and we learn that his name was Tommy and that he had a brother named Bruce. Later on, Batman got out with the help of Owlman. He pretends to be Owlman by wearing his suit. He met Superwoman who knew of his real identity but managed to knock her out. Then finally, Batman got out and was saved by Superman (=・ω・=)
5 Clark
Back in the Watchtower, Superman is drowning in guilt. He feels as if it was his fault for what happened to Batman. Then he learns from his ally that their feelings are mutual. Yes, you guessed it, their love for each other were mutual. Superman questioned himself when it began. He eventually went to Batman. They talked about a launcher device to a bomb which could wipe out the entire planet. All the while, Superman tries to hold himself back. He didn't want to force him even though he wanted to give him a hug which he had longed to do because he didn't want to be like "those psychopaths". I think he meant Owlman and Ultraman. Later, it was Batman who made a gesture for him to come over which he couldn't refuse. Superman breaks down and acknowledges his mistake to Batman who foresaw what was gonna happen if he interfered the other earth's affairs. However, Batman simply comforted him and we see a lovely scene where he mentions how soft Superman's hair was (≧∀≦)
6 Owlman
Owlman is still being hunted by his past again. We see a fight between Owlman and Batman who had come to stop his plan. In his thought, we learn that he wishes to make Bruce's voice disappear since it has been haunting him. Owlman eventually tells Batman the rest of the story of his past, about Tommy and Bruce. He reveals that he was the only one who ran away and abandoned his parents and Bruce. They died because of his choice. Owlman then asks Batman of his opinion which he answered: "I think you want my forgiveness.". In Owlman's mind, he admitted it with this sentence: "Yes, Bruce. That's why... I'm here.". Another thought which is essential is when he confesses in his mind that he doesn't really want to kill him and everyone else. He is simply tired. I think Owlman wanted someone who could give him what he wanted. He looked up at the sky, to God or another being, and hoped. However, Ultraman didn't really give him what he had hoped. In another scene, Batman had managed to corrupt the bomb. However, the computer allowed the user to choose between two option: to abort or not. Owlman was the only one who saw this and could have easily continued with the plan. Again he finds himself with another choice between two options (just like that night from his past). He smiles as he decided on his decision and said out loud: "It doesn't matter.". The voices would be no more, he thought. At last, he would finally be free from the voices that have been haunting him since that night he left his parents and Bruce. In other words, he chose to die. ╥﹏╥
EPILOGUE
Basically, the left side of the pages continues after the explosion. We see Batman is falling, but Superman caught him. He is the only one who survived. On the right side, we see a vision or perhaps a wishful dream of Owlman as a boy. It was a vision of him having chosen the other option: he took his parents and Bruce out of that dark alley and they went home.
well, kind of interesting ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
