It is not often I hate side stories so much. I even believe the side story undermined the actual storyline.
I hated the haircut. I hated the new characters. I hated that the story was more about something completely new and did not actually address the people and relationships we already knew about.
I hated that the new character was so much like Ashtarte. She even got to learn the magic that made the MC special in like...two chapters??
The mc also got kidnapped??? My girl can read all the languages and use ALL the magic. It's cannon that she can teleport through nations for fucks sake. And you're telling me she got kidnapped?!?!?!?

I am glad she is okay and that the ML beat the shit out og the guy. But I could not enjoy any of it because my girl has been traveling through the snow in a NIGHTGOWN. My suspension of desbelief has never been broken so hard before. I understand the ML is strong and can go around with his tits out, but PLEASE get my girl a fluffy coat （/TДT)/

I read the first few panels of chapter 1 and this feels...American? Is it any good? The last american bl webtoon I read was the one about being trapped in a seme's body(?) and it was cringe af.
