im curious how the "romance" will play out, if there is any, considering all potential love interests and mc are horrible unlikable people

That was definitely a concern of mine when I first started reading. Omegaverse is usually used as a convenient plot device to force characters together. No worries the characters won't be having sex anytime soon This story is very slowburn and they don't go all the way until like chapter 600 in the novel. There was a lot of unresolved feelings and trauma to get through before they got really intimate.

Most of it will be about soul bonds and scents and stuff, they do get together and do the deed but only when they consented in their right mind first AND it’s not until like 300th ch in novel. This is slow burn and A GOOD ONE, plus you can already tell Yuder isn’t your typical omega
the way i rolled my eyes when mc was like "stop, don't" to yandere trying to put it in after HE initiated the kiss. look i don't mind boring bland mcs with no agency but god is he annoying
