Cause the facial expressions and sound effects didn't match what I thought was going on. Then the conversation on the beach made it seem like they hadn't had sex... And when the kid on the bottom nodded...? Thoughts?

From the recap text on page 2 of chapter 11, they definitely didn't have sex, so I'm thinking the same thing. For a manga about porn stars, this one is surprisingly non-graphic.
