Does anyone know this manga? The uke's nipples are seen through his shirt and it makes his coworkers uncomfortable. So they asked this other guy(the seme) to tell the uke about his nipples being seen. And, I think the seme helped him go shopping for an inner clothing. I've read it a few years back but I forgot about it. Thanks.

Does anyone know this manga. Don't remember much from it, but here's what I remember. The uke ran away and hides from the seme. The uke meets some guy who lives with his grandfather, and tgis guy bakes or cook or something. He is really kind to the uke. But the seme found the uke, but still let them meet. But in the end the uke chose to stay with the seme. I'm really bad at explaining, aren't I?
