Same. There was a huge thunderstorm where I live & the page stopped working due to it. After about a day & a half, the page was back up. From what I read, they do maintenance once in a while as well~!
I had the same prob. but (lucky me) yesterday somebody suggestet to try VPN- and suddenly it works again ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ though- its a bit slower then before- but I can read and log-in

why dont you try a vpn? I can use it with my own browser
This story made me think how japanese or asian people just don't have that much time to be in a relationship, they work so many hours and overtime that they just don't have that much energy to go out, meet someone and think later to start a family. I know it's not everybody but I could not live like that thinking must of the time about work. Aaaa (/TДT)/ I can't say everything i wanna say, english is not my first language.
