I went back and neither one of them remember the night where Hyun got his mark. Hyun passed out drunk at a party, seeing Alek sneering at him (same pic we see in this ep)... and then the next thing Hyun knows (and we know) he’s waking up in bed with Ivan - who seems just as surprised as he is. I guess it’s implying that sometime between the point of Hyun blacking out drunk and him and Ivan’s one-night stand (where Ivan is presumingly also black out drunk), Alek marked him?
