I'm loving this manga so much!! It's rare that I actually like reading medical things that weren't played off as something simple and quick to do. I like that they take the time to put in the details needed for complex situations and the reality of something not working 100 percent.
But I remembered something that I had to do way back. For some reason, the forehead surgery reminded me of a game I had to play in middle school I think. It was a step-by-step fake surgery you had to do and you got to cut up and sew virtual patients. I remember I used to get so queasy playing them lol.

To be honest, I'm glad the story isn't actually about a yandere top. It's an adorable read with cute kids and funny moments. I'm confused with the mother-in-law's change in personality, but I hope she becomes a loving grandmother and in-law. However, the title gives the impression that there would be a little more angst and possessiveness that you usually see in yandere-type mangas/manwhas. Gives the wrong impression, but I'm glad it is the way it is.

OMFG THIS WAS AMAZING!!!! ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
The style was simple but that's what made it so charming! Each chapter made me fall in love with the characters so much! Kinda worried about the empire getting a caffeine addiction lol.
Also a huge plus was there wasn't any dumb 2nd ml character that tried to make it difficult for the main couple. It was giving me very strong Dutchess of a Thousand Teas, but coffee edition! I wish her family had stronger repercussions though. Also even though it's not necessary, I kinda wish we could see what their kids would look like.

I do wish that they did more to build up their relationship, rather than just it happening. Also I know it was about them, but it was a little sad not to see the first prince after everything, and I hoped that there was going to be a little more skinship like kissing but it was still cute to read. However, I cannot get past that one panel where Ilya was feeding Jerry blood cause I know for a fact they made it that way to play with our hearts and imagination!!! Like common! That was a deliberate act!

IDK how to feel about this. On one hand, I like seeing overpowered characters that show off without realizing what they do isn't normal. But it feels weird seeing that he's still practically a child, all these ADULT women are fawning over him while practically nude and it gives me goosebumps. I already got this far so I kinda want to finish it to the end but at the same time I want to drop it because it can get so confusing at times.

I knew the moment I saw that unimportant character that he would be trouble and I WAS RIGHT!(╯°Д °)╯╧╧
LEAVE THEM ALONE YOU CRUSTY DUSTY NO GOOD NOSY JERK! (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸
The poor guy already is feeling weird without your dumb "suggestions" and giving him anxiety when he's not used to his "sub" emotions is diabolical!
I'm really enjoying the story so far! It's funny and the characters are charming in their own way. Except for the sorcerer, I don't like him. While the comic strips are pixilated as heck, its still readable and free to boot. (under is my opinion so take it with a grain of salt).
However, the FL is kinda getting annoying. I understand at this point she's still a child and actually acts like one instead of an adult in a kid's body, but it feels as if she regressed and went back in time instead of being reincarnated into a book, and acting TOO much like a child. Multiple and I mean multiple times the FL put herself in unnecessary danger and nearly died once when running from her sisters. This is just my two cents on this, so sorry for the rant.
My thoughts too about the FL, like it's okay to have childish demands like for food and plays, cause she had a body of a child, but her mind is kinda matured, I think the loophole here is about the state of her mind. She knows what's good or bad but keeps on getting on my nerves
How do you understand that she’s a child but can’t seem to grasp that she is behaving like a child? all the things she’s doing is very on brand for a child her age (i work with children so i know). i don’t see what’s the problem with her being “too” much of a child when she legit said so herself that she has no memories of her past life, just about the world she’s in so she’s literally mentally a six year old. i don’t know what you expect from a six year old other than them getting into reckless things.
her mind is not matured she literally stated in the first couple chapters that she is mentally a six year old. she just one day got badly sick & memories of the world she’s in flooded her mind. that doesn’t mean that she’s all of a sudden mentally an adult so she’s still going to think like any child does at her age.
If her mind is not mature, why does she grasp the situation (memory) in her mind like an adult???? Like she should not have understand it all, cause like you said she's SIX
well i cannot explain that because the plot barely even progressed yet. we know that she has recollection of the world she’s currently living in but we for sure do not know why. obviously there’s some hints in the chapters that time was reversed since the emperor, the og fl, & magician seem to have went back in time. if that’s true, it could explain why the current fl has memories of the future & is why mentally she’s able to communicate so affluently but it doesn’t take away that she’s still a six year old. she has no memories whatsoever of being an adult. all she know is that she is a child & has been living like that so she is going to behave as such.
Well, that's kinda off putting to the story, her sisters and brother are all genius, she's kinda lacking in terms of that... If that's what is it. So stupid to always cause trouble with her sisters (excuse my language). BUT, being able to remember the Novel suddenly, and fully grasp it, knowing what's dangerous or not, welp.... That's not a six years old brain can adapt.
children aren’t dumb. they can fully grasp things well. she understands that the “novel” she read in her “past life” wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows and knows the horrible fates that her & her sisters succumb to. she may be six but she understands the dangers in that. she knows that but she still at the end of the day is a child. she gets into trouble because she is a child. you’re comparing her to her sisters & it doesn’t make sense because they’re not in the same mental state at all. you cannot compare her to her sisters who are most likely in their twenties when she’s six… does that remotely make any sense to you? i know it’s annoying that her causes her sisters trouble constantly but if you’re around kids especially around her age its not taboo at all.
"she may be six but she understands the dangers in that" if she understands dangers like you said, she should understand how dangerous running around
