Allen didn’t become a demon, he become a Noah which is a enemy to the black order. Allen became a Noah thanks to kanda by stabbing him on the side of his stomach with his sword which was a innocence.
As we know, Allen has a Noah in his body who is called Neah. Neah is actually Allen’s uncle and mana’s brother.
The earl when he was talking to Allen, was either mana himself or something else which we still haven’t figure it out. Would you like to know anything else?
