I like plots where the “ugly” character loves themselves, or at least learns to love themselves without any glow up. They seem so much more badass when they don’t care about their looks. “Cursed princess club” from Webtoon is rly great at showing this.

Yeah, I hated that manga. I always feel like I’m doing something blasphemous if I even look at that manga wrong. It baffled me that it even got so popular (among other shoujo mangas lol).
