To be honest I dont see the problem with cousins when my aunt married her cousin too. They're distant enough to be able to have sex and get a healthy child compared to siblings.
It's still incest though, but its not that bad since they probably married cousins and siblings back then. Still not supporting, but I hope your aunt and her cousin have a great family together and wish the best that the kids are born healthy if they ever decide to have kids. (⊙…⊙ )
All three of them are healthy and two of them already married. Nothing bad happened and I think as long as it's distant relatives (biologically seen) everything would be fine. Depends on how people see their relatives and how they got educated into that matter
