BAKUGO- WE- THE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENTTTT OMGG IM SO PROUD OF HIM
i never thought i’d see him this calm with deku, much less sparring with him as an EQUAL. that is such a big step for bakugo considering his inferiority complex and his fear of deku catching up to him. i’m so proud that he admitted his mistakes and is actually trying to atone for them. he realised that his pride and competitiveness wasnt an excuse to treat someone so badly. he’s starting to see deku (and other people) as a person, and not an ‘extra’ or ‘pebble in his way’.
i’m really proud of deku as well, i keep forgetting that he started out as a nobody and was put down for the majority of his life. i also keep forgetting that his time at yuuei is the first time he’s actually had friends (which is sad ngl). he’s grown a lot throughout the show, which is expected of a shounen mc, but i’m still really happy for him regardless.
i cant wait for the next chp cuz shits bout to go down-
