What does shin's desert comment mean? Is that a reference to something?
When they arrived at the shooting range, Shin said he thought they would practice shooting at the desert. So he said "we could have made this fun, but we are not in the desert" because they could have gotten dirty if they were in the desert, but since they are in the shooting range, we are left haging ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I def felt frustrated working on these last couple of chapters, but I'm glad the series was able to come to a close. I was actually planning on quitting in September but ahhh I'm glad I didn't. I read this when I first started reading BL and never finished it until now... Wow, amazing read. I remember thinking that this was super duper toxic, I've become ised to it now (づ￣ ³￣)づ I need a side story on MCs mother though
Just wanna let y'all know that the "Please Wait" page alone took 4+ hours for me to do. The next chapter seems to be really SFX heavy (WAY more than this chapter) so it's also gonna take some time, most likely more ╥﹏╥. If you do like this series, you can just ask for info on future chaps or info/questions politely and I'll answer. I don't love only posting once a month, but I want to guarentee quailty ;{
Oh man for just one page huh… that’s pretty crazy (￣∇￣") I admire your dedication but don’t burn yourself out over some SFX, I’m sure most readers don’t mind going without them if it means you get to retain your sanity and not overwork yourself. I'll never post anything that I don't love (quality-wise) and even though it is very tiring, scanlation is an artform to me so it is also rewarding working to my utmost potential. I'm glad to hear most readers aren't as hard on us as us scanlators are LOL

Yh that's why i found it odd, i assumed last week was the skipped chapter period but its been a couple of days since the 2 weeks after the last update. Not rushing the uploader or anything, just wanted to know if there was a reason.
Top greated BLs of all time no doubt, but am I the only one dissapointed Gu Yiliang never found out about the shipping? And that we never got to see a final update on the niangzi army? I understand that he's stopped checking niangzi army material because he has gu yiliang but i wanna see the william fangirl wuuu. This sounds negative but wow, i dropped this some time ago to let the updates pile up and sadly picked it up long after it was finished. This really desveres to be in thr BL hall of fame. Can't remember the last time a BL felt so... Whole, full, satisfying, made you shriek, made you giggle. 1000/10, would marry the author and the people who made it into a webtoon which btw, was AMAZINGLY done. So few webtoons are actually so well designed and filled with humour, great art and style and take advantage of the format. Mwah to this. Wish the last couple of chapters were more drawn out but honestly 10000000000/10.

Ahh I dont really know what to think.
I feel like there are so many plot threads that barely got tied up and didn't seem to matter in the end. The art is pretty but doesn't convey any emotion. Characters looked stiff and plain. The plot theeads are interesting, but aren't pulled tied enough to matter in the end. Like, it's interesting Doha and Yeonwoo knew eachother in middle school and you would think that would lead into something... But it was just a whispered comment that we couldn't even read? Doha's mom left him... And she doesn't even get a slight mention near the ending chapters. Mr. Hwang tried to kill him... Doha does something while he's away from MC... And I guess he's not after him anymore? I wish it also showed that Doha showed the security tape to his "brother", but even if that wasn't possible, the "brother" was so important to the story but we barely hear anything from the end. I will say that I liked Yeonwoo and Doha! Yeonwoos smart and Dohas funny, but I wouldn't say they're super intriguing. I guess I never really learned anything from the main story, I like it when story's have an over arching message told through the characters, but the threads don't line up clear enough for this to be the case. I guess Doha learned that he was worthy of love... But we never saw this journey?? It happened off-screen. Yeonwoo didn't learn anything and didn't really develop. I feel like Doha's past never mattered and I'm JUST realizing this... Does "brother" finally believe Mr. Hwang killed his dad?? I feel like since he forgives him he should've... But nothing has been said about believing him or news on Mr. Hwang
I do really like the side story! It's realistic and shows a side of relationships that BLs never really cover and it has a nice meaning to tie it up in the end.
Overall... The author has a lot of potential and I'm excited for their future work. But fleshing it out would've been so much better since the base was really good and had so much potential. I did rate this 7/10, that might go down to 6/10 after my just-done-reading high wears off. (￣∇￣")
