Re-reading this makes my hate for luciano and ines family ignite over and over again. While everyone is already swooning over him, I'm not. Hate how he pretends to be a caring brother he never was for ines, all he cares about is their title and reputation.

If we only look at it from Inés' point of view, we get this impression. However, Inés' actions led her family to act the way they did. When she woke up in the second timeline, it was only a few months before her wedding to Oscar. As far as anyone knows, she accepted this marriage not out of obligation. She wanted Oscar. So running away from her commitment to the royal family in the dishonorable way she did was seen as an act of betrayal, not only by her but by all of Valeztena. The family's honor was muddied and to make matters worse, nothing in that timeline justified her actions, because only she knew what was coming.
Imagine you, as a mother or father, and your child cries for the most expensive toy, to the point of pushing you out of your financial comfort zone. But you go there, make a sacrifice, buy the toy and offer it to the child, only for them to lose interest in it within a matter of hours and throw it in the garbage can. That would certainly make you indignant. That's how Ines' whole family felt. Outraged by her irresponsibility, for dishonoring a commitment that she herself had made.

Someone explained to me his perspective in the second life and it gave a lot of clarity. I do think it says a lot that in her first life when he witnessed the abuse he gave her a bullet for her gun and was basically prepared to face death to save his sister from her fate, while everyone else basically pretended they didn't see. (Well except Carcel but he found out quite late)

I dont like the way black cats are always portrayed as bad guys in these stories, in real life they're like the sweetest really. They've already got bad luck associated with their fur color and being portrayed as a villain in every material theyre in doesnt do them any good. Still enjoy the story tho since its really good.

C'mon now, it's really not about the color, Oren just happen to be a black cat. His father seems like a decent character and if we're talking about portrayal, they aren't associating Oren with bad luck (Something black cats are always associated with negatively) But rather they portray Oren as just this trash rich boy who uses lies to get his way. Pretty wicked but far from the negative connotations that black cats are usually associated with
this is the first time that i wanted to claw my way inside a manhwa and wreak havoc
