yes, within a few chapters of each other. I personally didn't find that the angst dragged on, it was appropriately paced in this story.

I will say that the mc does go through alot of mental turmoil the first half of the story but it's cuz of something in his past not cuz of the ml.

What's up with the ML???
The story was well written. I really liked the MC's genuine desire to protect his loved ones and how he wanted to correct his past mistakes. The Ml's past is also heartbreaking. He never hated the mc, but he was disappointed in his actions, especially when he teamed up with his stepmom. He realized that his feelings towards mc was in fact love but it was too late. He lived for 10 years (?) trying to create a miracle and finally got to return to the past.
The ML is actually really likeable! I don't know if it's the same in the adaptation since I haven't read the webtoon yet but the novel ML is so sweet and protective especially when they get together.
so does ML have his memories too?
No, I've read until ch 195 which is the end but he didn't retrieve his memories. I'm waiting for the side chapters.
