You're not kidding. I am a cis-gender, straight female and I just read all 23 chapters in one go. Between the homophobia and bullying, and the fact that he is stuck in this alternate time-line, it is so anxiety inducing. I just want everything to work out. About the only one I truly hate atm is Bai Tao, and I am on the fence with Shen Shu (in both realities). I hope that he gets back to his world and that they find his dad too.
