Basically got a copyrights strike for 7k+ mangas and the rules that this scan group was talking about is how scan groups have 14 days to file a "counterclaim" in order to keep uploading a series on mangadex which lets face it, isn't gonna happen. Mangadex is working with namicomi which is why the scan group says they see mangadex becoming the next "webtoon" which I honestly kinda agree......looks like Japan is moving like Korea's kakao group on striking down on these "piracy" sites which is stupid as hell considering that these sites are what generate interest = profit for some of these series
