Was this chapter a bit confusing for anyone else ?
Basically, the doc just figured out that Sid betrayed Cain. Sid was the reason that psycho demon found one of the doc's clones and took the clone's head. Doc figured out that Sid wants the doc dead so Cain can't get treated. He was trying to figure out a way to convince Cain that he is the doc Cain's been looking for despite the fact that Cain trusts Sid. We'll find out what he'll say to convince Cain in the next chapter. Also, Sid is worried bc he still needs to kill the doc and he promised his door (forgot the name) that he would return quickly.
Also, the tongue cutting scene was just how Sid's magic felt to the Doc.
