From what I've learned, there is no bad or good in mangago, just SHARING freely. So, I guess you can do it, pal!!!

Apparently, you need to communicate with the admin by using the report flag, and choosing "upload chapter", it explains how to.
I guess that if they had it, they'd had already shared it. You could start with a chapter and try it out. Or probably could ask them if need it, but I dont know if they'd answer. Good luck!
