now, i knew that rudeus is a huge pervert. i mean, he’s a 34 year old man with the mentality of a horny teenager who has a porn addiction in a 15/16 year old body. weird. and him getting with the young girl, he more so watched grow up rather than grew up with (because mentally, he was grown. but i do feel like he was raised up into a different person fundamentally was double weird. AND him sleeping with his cousin, that he ALSO watched grow up and TAUGHT, was TRIPLE weird. but reading the comments got me confused on a few things.
so, wtf? rudeus rapes women and young girls??? was this in the light novel or something? the rudeus that hated his father cheating raped people??? (then, i saw someone saying the dad raped the maid, lilia, which is double confusing. where did they get that from? i thought they had an affair.) but reading the comments properly made me realize there’s two versions of rudeus: “future” rudeus and this timeline’s rudeus. but as a person who’s really only read the manga, the comments made it seem like this timeline’s rudeus did it. i mean, yes, this one is fucking disgusting, but the other one is the rapist and not this one, right? or are they the same? from what i could gather online these versions are very separate characters. don’t like either of them, but i can say i hate the future one and not this one. not understanding the strong hate for current timeline rudeus.
and while we’re also on the topic of lack of morals and dignity, can we talk about how this conversation abt the story has been abt our shitty MC? like why don’t i see stuff about elinalise perving on young boys? like wtf? and then, now, while we’re talking abt rudeus cheating on sylphie—why is roxy looking at her former student like that? like wtf? a lot of these characters have some issues, not just rudeus and his dad, paul.
but all in all, i really hope he doesn’t go on the path of “future” rudeus. i saw a few ppl talking abt they hate polygamy and allat, and while i don’t want that for my life, it can be done without cheating. i just hope proper communication between rudeus and his wife can happen so that there’s no bitter feelings. tbh, he should’ve just ran after eris and sorted it out, but his mental state was and is shit so i don’t blame him trying to move on. it actually makes more sense, in hindsight, that he ends up with sylphie compared to eris. but roxy, though? hmm it don’t sit right. like all of it is wrong, but…if there was cheating or polygamy to happen, due to the already romantic past, i can see eris and sylphie…but roxy? i dunno y’all. it’s all weird, man. just hoping he doesn’t become his “future” self.
and they STILL haven’t confessed to each other…hurry up with your perceptiveness, Vivian like fr what is possibly missing for her to put it all together when she does it with everything else!!! dammit no hate cuz i love this story but im tired yall

so we heard a bit about why she’s angry, but why to this extent??? i need more explicit details about what happened. they’re being so vague abt the issue and her hate for Lapileon is so deep that it can’t be explained properly with what they’ve given us. anyone know what actually happened???
ppl been saying this in the comments but like…is it not weird that he doesn’t recognize her off the rip? ik that he found ‘charred remains’, but how does he know that the ashes came from his daughter’s body? a necklace is good for evidence, but is it as substantial as a DNA test? plus, if he knows sooooo much about this one-year-old child he hasn’t seen in like a decade, how could he not feel a little more persuaded that she’s his daughter? the girl looks JUST like him.
idk if i’ll ever like Cesare. this brother/sister thing is way too weird. if you’re siblings, just leave it at that. like, there’s no critical point where there’s a shift in mindset either. it’s always an assumption of her intentions that makes him treat her inappropriately that feels rapey, especially in ch 20.
I liked it. This kind of dynamic is something I’m not used to. I just wish there was more of an explanation on why sucking Rui’s blood (and bodily fluids) turned Momoichi on…I think that’s why I couldn’t give it five stars. I feel like there should be more ngl…
