idk if i’ll ever like Cesare. this brother/sister thing is way too weird. if you’re siblings, just leave it at that. like, there’s no critical point where there’s a shift in mindset either. it’s always an assumption of her intentions that makes him treat her inappropriately that feels rapey, especially in ch 20.
i’m not talking just abt his thinking (though you are right) i’m talking about the story execution. i feel like there was a way to make this seem less like attempted SA but the power dynamics and the lack of a critical turning point in their relationship makes this appear very abusive. i agree w you and ik you’re agreeing that the ML is scum, but i felt like i should differentiate between what i was trying to say and what you’re saying is the logic behind his actions.
I liked it. This kind of dynamic is something I’m not used to. I just wish there was more of an explanation on why sucking Rui’s blood (and bodily fluids) turned Momoichi on…I think that’s why I couldn’t give it five stars. I feel like there should be more ngl…
You can see how his big bro Rio, tell how Rui doesn't want to listen and taught by him explain that part why Rui also confused and doesn't know his body fluid can be an aphrodisiac, since he never know fully ab his ability as a vampire.
We can know too he left his home when he's still young, so he learn nothing more than he just a vampire.
Hope this help ;)
i don’t really see how the character is shota-like? he definitely looks like the stereotype
for an uke but his behavior is really adult-like. I just feel like I’ve seen more childlike looking and acting characters and this one doesn’t come close for me to call that a child. I think the comparison between the dragon and the human is really jarring and giving the effect that it looks like a child.
we all knew it was him
