Your right and I simply said it is like solo leveling because of the starting plot. In how we have a weak character but it's already clearly different in the second chapter in they way the character is a healer and is not actively telling them how to survive yet (like solo leveling)

Sangmin is actually the one responsible for Bumsoo's death...The latter never suicides but was murdered...Sangmin and the director plots a lot and finally Sangmin frame's Jinhyun over a death on the table Sangmin committed...Jin hyun moves to America and he becomes the biggest and best doctor ever to grace the medical field....
He comes back to Korea and finally Sangmin tries to shoot Jin hyun dead...But that fails and he ends up getting Life Imprisonment since en course of the shoot out he reveals that he was behind the death on the table which is heard by the cops who waited outside the door
Sangmin gets Cancer which is cured by Jinhyun and all we know at the end is 5 years later he is in a mental hospital which caught fire but he is save
Extra : The Director gets punished for Embezzlement and other dirty stuff...He goes into a fit during his sentencing and ends up being in a vegetative state
Haemi and Jin hyun are the couple here...They have a son together and Jin hyun takes over Daeil hospital as the new director

And I'm glad that Jinhyun ends up with Haemi. It's obvious that he didn't have the same emotions like in the past. It's more like regret rather than love towards his wife in the past life.
It would be nice if Haemi can confess to him since he's slower than snail. Or did he confess first?
Sangmin caused a road accident in which Jin Hyun was heavily injured...When he woke up , He confessed to Haemi..
His wife from the past time line confessed to him but he rejected her..What he did was right actually since he understood that his feelings was nothing but the sense of similarity he felt with her...I dunno what happened then but that girl ends up dating Sangmin.
I read another spoiler that said Sangmin ends up with Jinhyun's ex wife..
