I don't remember the name but it was basically the "mc fell first but the ml fell harder"
It was a sling story where the mc basically had a super mega crush on the ml but he didn't really care or consider the MC's feelings. After QUITE a few chapters of reckless pining and just...embarrassing themselves they finally decide to move on, which is when ml starts taking notice because ofc.
The story ended with ml wrapped around MC's pinky. Not even smitten but the next level of that.
If you've noticed how I've used gender neutral pronouns it's cause I can't remember if this was Bl or het I don't think it was GL cause I'd remember better but if you've got any gl recs like that they're welcome my way as well :)
