i love nearly all of these character but damn do i feel for the mcs and their mothers the most. being stuck with shitty husbands, being forced to marry a rapist, and how that those "perfect" family pressues lead to issues with all the kids. they all deserved better (except the 2 dads and hunter.)

and sure the concepts of this couldve been intresting, revenge, manipulation how trauma may affect someone to become a predator/pedophile, but the rape scenes didnt need to be so explicit and graphic. not sure if the author intended this but this ends up feeling more like gooing material for people who have rape fetishes and ar into pedophilic stories in a sexual way.
