After they exchanged blood, Phil's already a vampire, supposed to stop growing up. If he still can grow then he will age & die, leave his un-age vampire lover alone then. Σ(￣∇￣") «✦» For a Vampire Plot, changing lover to be vampire is a CORE. Sensei should've changed timing to pledge when he's adult after they made love instead, matching with the dialog how he concerned about mortal on Pg.157 too, then became un-age & immortal like general vampire.
«✦» Looks like at first the mangaka planed to do only "Kid Part" then later.. for some reasons after releases the 1st part, they made the sequel, "Adult Part". Whatever reason, once they decided to gather 2 parts to be a book, they should've edited each part to conform with whole story.
