The art is delicious, but gawd I hate semes like this. He probably doesn't even mean anything by it. I bet he'll be all "I don't know why I did that" later. Ugh
Why do I keep getting wannabe-ML vibes from the white-haired bro? Also, I love the fashion, but ain't no way that short skirt is gonna fly if we're taking the supposed time period seriously. Even girls who weren't "out" in society needed to have their skirts fall below the knee.
I was rereading this after more than a decade, just wanting to indulge in nostalgia because of how much I loved this when I was young. All I can say is, man I had questionable tastes back then. I managed to get about halfway through before calling it quits and just skipping to the last chapter to see the ending. I can't believe how big of a red flag both MCs are, not just the ML. A lot of it is played for comedy, so maybe that's why you kinda just gloss over it for the "romance" parts, but now that I've looked at it from a more mature mindset, it's just all so wrong. Ewon is an unrepentant cheater and Mookyul is a violent and immature manchild. They're both beautiful to look at, sure, but their relationship is far from inspiring. It's just concerning. Now I'm scared to check out other stuff I've loved before lmao. Maybe it should just be an occasional thing I do to measure how much I've evolved.
Truck-kun got Tsubaki you guysss ╥﹏╥
Now maybe he and Yuuki can isekai somewhere and get their happily ever after, because otherwise, I can't with wherever this seems to be going
I just realized something after a re-read. Sion was only 10 when he died the first time, then woke up in the body of an 18yo. He's still mentally 10, then lived for two more years after that before exacting his revenge and regressing with Lila. It means he's basically still a kid in an overpowered body at the time. He has little control over his feelings because he's barely a teenager mentally. He only wants revenge and nothing can stop him. Not sure about the next couple of times when Lila dies early after her regression, but I'd guess that Sion also just returns with her and has only "lived" as long as Lila had those times. More or less, if he dies at 10 each time during those first regressions, he mentally ages only two years at a time. I don't remember how many times they went back, but at a rough guess, I'd put Sion's mental age at 18-20 by the time Lila decides to help him and the main story starts. I know this doesn't justify how many times Sion killed her. It just really struck me when I realized he's still a kid who's yet to grow up and begin to even try overcoming his traumas. Between them, Lila's the one who's been living longer and thus more mentally advanced of the two, so I hope she realizes all this later on and works it out from there.
So happy it's back, but gotdang ginger dude, way to dig your own grave deeper. You need to grow a new brain quick
I love the art style so much. Is there another work by this artist I can feast my eyes on?
Was it the scan group who dropped this or the mangaka? It's so so good though, I hope it can be continued someday
Greenest flag, best unproblematic couple. I'm usually not a fan of stories about established couples, but this was just so good and healing
It feels more like yuri because they're both so pretty(▰˘◡˘▰) love it sm
I was rooting pretty hard for the second male lead in this one. He's the more stereotypical shoujo main guy. The actual ML was so frustrating and underwhelming
I'll be in trouble with our AI overlords someday. I just can't see them as human so this is weird to me
